How do I know if this is a good investment?

Traditional, weekly couples therapy will cost around $150-$250 a session, and can take upwards of 6 months to a year to complete. This can total around $4,800-$9,600 over the course of the year.

Comparatively, our intensive at $5400 for the most popular option is actually more affordable. One hour of intensive retreat work equals approximately 2.5 hours of weekly therapy. You can get immediate results as opposed to lingering in pain for a year.
